Usually I have great things to say about this Wendy’s and eat here on the regular. Few complaints thus far and great order accuracy.Had one negative experience (this store closed early February 15th so I couldn’t get my already paid for mobile order) but the staff did a great job getting me a remake the next day and getting it out as quick as they could. Updated from 1 to 4 stars.

As soon as you walk into this location you're greeted with the overwhelming smell of burnt beef. Think of burnt ground beef that's exactly how it smells here. The smell is so strong it lingers on your clothes for a while. I've never been to a restaurant that smelled like burnt meat before. I know the workers and managers can smell it so it makes you wonder how they think it's acceptable. It's a huge turn off. After being in there for a while my stomach hurts and I lose my appetite....read full review
