i always dread coming to this wendy’s, the last few times i’ve been it took 25+ minutes to get through the drive through line and i was missing stuff from each order, and the staff was pretty unpleasant. i haven’t tried it in awhile so i cautiously placed a mobile order and came back today and was pleasantly surprised. the young man at the drive through window was quick and efficient, i was picking up food for my coworker and i on my lunch break and he saw i was by myself...
Replace the order for two sandwiches and some fries and we had to wait almost a half an hour because they gave our order to somebody else and gave their order to us if that makes sense I was not pleased with the service but after it was paid for gave him a chance they did the right thing and got us right they need to wash the windows
The morning staff is amazing. There is one lady there that I love ordering from as she knows my order by heart as I eat there every work day morning. Their professionalism is unmatched!
