This location is disgusting. The lobby floor looks like it has not been washed in over a week. The staff acted as if the customers in the lobby did not exist. They made sure to make no eye contact or actually wait on the customers. I had to call a team member behind the window for service and they looked at me like I was bothering them. I hope a manager actually looks at this location. Clean up the place and get Staff that actually wants to work and wait on customers. White castle...

The food is always great, and the staff is friendly. Very unreliable timelines though: depending on who's on staff, a single order can take about 5 minutes to 20 minutes to complete. That's fine if I don't have to be somewhere, but if I'm on a time crunch I can't predict how long I have to wait for my order.
The atmosphere is what anyone would expect, not updated by any means. Sometimes the dining hall floor is sticky and dirty, which isn't...

Sliders are awesome with the real fried onions and cheese. tasty beats the hell out of McDonald's.
and price is pretty great. triedem out going back to hotel after music fest.
