I order well-done garlic parmesan wings, but they weren’t cooked well-done. When I asked them to remake them, all they did was refry the same wings, so now I just have wings with burnt pieces of parmesan on them.
I am in disbelief. This is my first time there and it will be a last. I was at the counter placing an order there was a one other customer in the whole place in the dining area at a table with his bag of food. Midway through placing my order the guy over at the table says I ordered boneless wings.... So the employee taking my order immediately stops talking to me and goes out to the dining area with another employee to help this customer while there are five or six other employees there that could have easily addressed his concern. I'm just left standing there ignored. Needless to say I walked out and will never return.

This place is horrible because of the people who work there they made me wait for one hour then they give me something I didn’t order and when I told them the person who take the order gets mad at me😡🤬🤬 they took my order again. Again wrong order😐 I don’t ever recommend to anyone to go there this is horrible place they need new workers who have good customer service experience 👎🏼 but the manager is good person 💯

While our delivery order was correct, the food itself made us both sick to our stomachs. My husband started to feel sick while eating the wings and fries. I didn't become sick to my stomach until the middle of the night. The wings tasted like grease. The fries didn't taste like fries cooked in clean grease. Maybe the issue is the grease... Also, I planned on submitting this only to the company for FYI purposes, but since their website's "Contact Us" hyperlink isn't working at all, I decided I would post this review here. Long story short - order Wingstop from Morse Rd in Columbus, Ohio only if you want to eat old dirty grease covered foods.

For those of us allergic to artificial sweeteners, this is absolutely horrifying.
