Had an special order online, I ended up paying full price. People was in there waiting for their order the did online. The young man on the cashier was doing an amazing job until another employee him disrespected him, so he walked out (don't blame, talk to your staff on better training) it was just a mess.

The staff was really nice. They help me with my coupon code that I got online not only were they friendly, but they were helpful. My daughter spilled her drink when we were waiting for our food and they came immediately with a great attitude. The interactions that they had with the customers were very interactive and pleasant. They have really good customer service here and personalities as well. The food was also really good. We got a combo and tried the new sauce and we got our Cajun fries with cheese.

This place needs to get it together. Stopped for lunch, the guy I work with got his food 1st even though I ordered before him. He was done eating before I even got my food. They were throwing away orders of wings the whole time i was waiting. The manager then came out and tried to give us coupons for 5 free wings with a purchase but the coupons expired back in December 2024. Not going to do me any good since I live 2 hours from this location. After I pointed out they were expired nothing else was offered. Thanks for wasting 30 minutes of my day wingstop. Won't be back again
The young man that was working the register up front what's phenomenal made the experience absolutely delightful professional courteous... Javontae definitely deserves a raise and more than likely a promotion

SHAUN is a team member here and when I say he should be PROMOTED he definitely should Wingstop corporation! Me personally I don’t eat wingstop unless it’s the fries or the corn but my kids love wing stop so we went for them, long story short his customer service is great! I forgot to purchase an extra fry for me son & Shaun made sure I was good, he didn’t act as if he was irritated or anything he was happy to help! Thank you Shaun, Ms. Thurmond

I order well-done garlic parmesan wings, but they weren’t cooked well-done. When I asked them to remake them, all they did was refry the same wings, so now I just have wings with burnt pieces of parmesan on them.
