Today I had been calling this specific location since 10:51p.m. I arrived at the location at11:36p.m only for the cashier to tell me they stop taking orders already. The business hours says yall close at midnight!

this is for sure the best wing stop central ohio, but it's still not amazing. i want to be completely honest with my review. The man who took my order at the register had earbuds in and clearly couldn't hear what i was saying. He mistook what i was saying while the woman behind him clearly heard me. Also, he was lazy. he didn't take the drinks off my order like i asked, nor did he add my extra ranch. while i sat and waited for my food i watched him "sweep" the floor and he missed a lot of things on the floor. The same lady from before was kind, and reassured me while i was waiting that my food would be coming soon. the food itself is just ok. The fries are over cooked on the outside and undercooked on the outside, it tasted and felt like i was eating a raw potato. the wings were covered in sauce and seasoning, which is great! they tasted fine as well. i got bbq, 2/5 spicy, and hot honey rub, 3/10. the hot honey wasn't spicy but the bbq was? so that through me off, but the ranch makes everything better. also their ice machine was out of ice. i ordered at 9 pm and they close at 12 so i don't know why that would be. overall my experience was just eh

It takes only 10 minutes to clean, it was so sticky, the pop machine was horrible no ice and trash all over the floors they haven’t cleaned the windows in a while for sure.

Ordered on Superbowl Sunday, they had probably 15 people working and had 10+ orders ready when I walked in. I had 2 people greet me within 5 seconds of waking in and I was out the door with my order in less than a minute. They were on top of it today!
Idk if it’s just the Morse rd location but fries are always cold and limp. My kids always have some kind of issue. Between extreme vomiting and or diarrhea to seriously upset stomach. We drive literally 1.5 min to get our food and same time back and if we catch light 2.5 min. And fries feel like they sit around after cooked and microwaved when needed

Worst service ever, I went and I told the guy that I was picking up an order and he told me it wasn’t ready yet so I sat down and other people walked in and ordered, they got their food first and I was still patiently waiting for my order and 40 minutes pasted by and I went up and asked the guy if my order was ready and he told me that it was been ready so I just looked at him and got my food and left, but like why couldn’t he let me know my food was ready, I spent 40 minutes just sitting there and my food was ready but he didn’t tell me. Also there was barely people there and most of the time he was on his phone.
