I ordered a stuffed crust meat lovers on their app and had it delivered. Awesome! Tasted amazing, arrived hot and I had to wait for it cool off. Flaws? It was a floppy mess. It was so loaded with meat that the pizza wouldn't stay stiff and stuff fell off or flopped around. It was a mess. I would order again for sure.

Approximately at 5:37 pm, I placed a delivery order on line and was notified that I would be receiving the order by 6:30 pm. About 6:50 pm, I called the restaurant, to inquire about my order. I was placed on hold twice before the "manager" got on the phone. I advised what my concern was and she said that the order had been dispatched and on it's way. I said that I should've received the order by 6:30 and it's still not here. She explained that they have been busy and my order is on it's way. I made the comment that the order probably will be cold by time I get it. She asked me what I wanted her to do, then she hung up the phone. This is not the first time I have had delivery issues with this particular location. I wouldn't be so upset if I wouldn't have paid $28.32 for the order with my card! It's now 7:41 pm and I still haven't received my order.

This is probably my WORST experience at a pizza shop ever. I ordered almost 2 hours ago, my order is now over an hour late. I tried to call & see what the problem was and to cancel & no one ever answered in the 10 times I called.

Today marked the 3rd time I've had to cancel my order with this location because they "didn't have a delivery driver". I have also had incredibly long wait times because "they only had one driver and they were very busy". I work in the service industry so I am super sympathetic to things like this, BUT it has become a reoccurring pattern with this location and of course it's the only one who delivers to our home. We will no longer be ordering from this location.

Have been buying there for 6 years and I've bought less and less as the years have past. This last time the pizza wasn't hot, and the crust was untreated with flavoring on both, even though I ordered them flavored. The deep crust dough appeared pre-cooked, old, and microwaved for re-use. Drive through window was closed for repair so we had to go inside in our shorts in below freezing weather. This was truly the worst Pizza I have ever had from them. I plan for it to be my last Pizza from them ever.

The service here was terrible. And I should have checked this Pizza Hut out here first because it seems "terrible service" is their mantra. I created my order via mobile device, received confirmation and delivery time, credit charge and all. One hour after the estimated delivery time, there was still no pizzas, no calls, and they had not answered 4 of my calls to number listed in my confirmation email. Finally someone picked up at the fifth call and preceded to tell me I had never placed the order (my response then was reading my confirmation email directly to him). Then he suddenly "remembered" my order and said it was cancelled b/c they didn't have anymore dough and that they had a "bad" phone number when they tried to call. So I had him verify the number he had (it was correct) and then I informed I had no missed calls. There was also no attempt to rectify the charges for the food on my card, and when these were fixed it was late afternoon the next day. Needless to say, I recommend no one to order from this place. I certainly won't be.
