Winn Winn is a total gem in Grandview. From the moment you step inside, you can feel the love and intention behind everything—from the vibe to the heavenly smell of freshly baked cookies & freshly brewed coffee. Audrey has truly created something special here. Every treat is crafted with care using her own perfected recipes and only the finest ingredients (yes, you can taste the difference 😍).

The attention to detail is next level—you can tell this isn’t just baking, it’s a labor of love. Whether you’re grabbing a coffee and pastry or treating yourself to a grab & go lunch, everything feels homemade in the best, most elevated way.

I frequently purchase cookies & other goods here for events at my business. My clients enjoy them so much that they ask for them by name.

It’s one of those places that instantly makes your day better. A must-visit if you’re in the area (and honestly, even if you’re not—worth the drive!).

We’ve worked with this incredible local, woman-owned bakery and café for numerous company events, and they never miss a beat. Every experience has been seamless—the team is amazing to work with, incredibly organized, and always delivers exactly what we need (including exceptional gluten-free options!). The food is consistently fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. They make my job so much easier, and I’ll continue to use them again and again. Highly recommend!

Just went here for the first time and the coffee cake is the best I’ve ever had. Zap it in the microwave for added flavor! The cookies are incredible and I’ve used the salt blend before so I know that’s great to cook with too. Highly recommend!!!

I enjoyed their food, but learning that they steal tips from their employees automatically gives them one star.

Such a fun little spot! Service and food was amazing. Can’t wait to come back.

It’s clear that the owners are choosing to IGNORE the outcry from the public over them ILLEGALLY STEALING employee tips. Having friends leave 5 star reviews in between a sea of 1 stars reviews isn’t a good look. Shame on Winn Winn, it appears their dishonest tipping practices weren’t done out of ignorance but a true greed and maliciousness. I will never be back and I encourage all to avoid.

Absolutely incredible food, atmosphere and service. I had the pancakes on a Sunday and truly the best pancakes I’ve ever had in my life.

I hate writing one-star reviews (but the owners of Winn Winn leave me no choice). If you haven’t seen by now all over social media, it’s come to light the owners have been straight up taking all of the tips and not distributing them amongst hourly staff. If you think that sounds highly illegal, well… Hopefully reviews like this will leave them no choice but to change their practices and play by the rules, or they could “Lose Lose Cafe”

STEALING TIPS!!! As it's now coming to light via social media, I feel it necessary to leave my honest review. I was an early supporter of Winn Winn for its vibe and coffee but my patronage promptly ceased when their unethical business practices came to light. This business is stealing tips from its employees—plain and simple. Every time you’ve tipped a barista here, thinking you were supporting the person behind the counter, your money was actually going straight to ownership’s pockets.

This isn’t just wrong, it’s exploitative, unethical, and likely illegal. I know someone who worked here and confirmed this is exactly how they operate. The people working hard to serve customers every day are being taken advantage of, and most of us had no idea. As a customer, I always assumed my tips were going to support the baristas who work hard every day. Learning that ownership is pocketing all of it behind the scenes is a betrayal of trust—both to customers and employees.

If you care about workers’ rights and basic human decency, take your money elsewhere. There are plenty of coffee shops in Columbus that actually value and respect their staff. Winn Winn should be ashamed.

Support local, but support fair and honest businesses.

WINN WINN is hands-down one of my favorite local spots—especially for their bakery items. Every bite tastes like it was made with love and intention. You can truly tell they use high-quality, wholesome ingredients—nothing artificial or overly sweet. The pastries are just the right balance of indulgent and nourishing, and I always leave feeling good about what I’ve eaten.

It’s clear they value quality over shortcuts, and it shows. This place is a gem for anyone who appreciates thoughtfully made food. Highly recommend!

Was informed that they (managers) keep the tips. Wouldn’t recommend.

Came in today for the 3rd time within the last week as I just discovered this cafe. Service has been great- food has been crave-able, and the aesthetic is beautiful. Unfortunately, after discovering today on a local forum that the tips they solicit do NOT go to employees I will not be returning.

The tips go back to the business/two owners. This I find to be a highly immoral and dishonest practice. I will not return until I hear that the owners have fixed this. I hope you ladies use this as an eye opening example on how to fairly treat your workers and not mislead your customers. And no, you don’t pay your workers a “livable wage” so please don’t try to excuse this.

Wish this place was there when I lived in the neighborhood! Everything is delicious. They had a Lemon herb tuna sandwich as a special and it was the best ever! I don’t even like tuna so that’s saying a lot. Definitely recommend supporting this local spot.

Was told it would be 30mins wait for a latte and saw multiple customers leave because of this. I still waited just as long for the food I ordered because they assigned me a number but did not give me a number so it was ready but they did not know for who. Also their credit card system was not working but they do not take cash so that further held up the line. Not sure if I came on an off day or what but it was a little hot mess. The food was good but not sure if worth the hassle.
