Coffee was smaller than a kids cup. $5 for two sips of bitter coffee.

I tried for the first time, Too Good To Go. It's whatever is left over from the day before. I was a little disappointed I didn't get any sandwiches or such other than just muffins and bread. The banana bread was delicious and very moist

The food was absolutely delicious, but the gluten-free cookies were out of this world! The owners were incredibly helpful with our catering order, and the setup was not only timely but also professional and stylish. Highly recommend!

Winn Winn is such a gem for Columbus! The owners are wonderful people and they are passionate about quality - every ingredient is thoughtfully chosen and every item is made with intention. Their baked goods and food are delicious, the gluten free sugar cookie is a staple in our house! If you’re looking for a spot where you can support local and enjoy high-quality food and coffee Winn Winn is it.

A must visit for breakfast and lunch -- or for any catering needs! The food is always a 10/10, plenty of fresh options and the staff is first class. We've catered several times for work and Winn Winn is always a crowd favorite. I have also done two of their evening cooking classes as well - such a fun team and dining experience! Don't leave without a chocolate chip cookie - best in town!

UPDATE [5 STARS]: The owner reached out directly to express their apologies, take accountability for the out of the ordinary experience we had, and give direct insight into how they actioned on the feedback. I continue to be a customer and appreciate how intentional they are with their customers.

[ORIGINAL REVIEW: 2 STARS]
Visited Winn Winn on Thursday, June 19th around 2:40pm. The cafe was relatively empty and I ordered several pre-packaged items and a matcha latte. There was one barista behind the counter.

Of note, this is one of my favorite spots to grab a matcha and take a moment to myself. So, of course, I drove across town to visit on my day off.

I was really disappointed with the matcha latte, it was poorly blended so the powder was clumped at the bottom. I requested utensils to eat the food I purchased and was told a curt “we close in 10 minutes”. Understanding of the closing time, I had to ask for a fork again. 5 minutes later I was reminded that the cafe was closing. So I got the hint and ate my food in my car outside of the cafe, alongside the other two elderly customers.
Overall, I was very disappointed in the customer service + quality and hope that Winn Winn addresses.

Two stars because I’m optimistic they will improve and take action.

I'd like to give this cafe 5 stars, but unfortunately it's not a 5 star experience.

On the positive side it's cute. The lattes are good. The baked goods are reliable. I like going there.

The service is friendly, however one of the owners is snooty and has no interest in building a rapport with regulars which imo is a large error especially considering their margins. I prefer the baristas.

Cost is not a deal breaker for me in general, however I do notice the prices here and they are overpriced. It's $20 for avocado toast with eggs lol. If you charge that it has to be excellent. Theirs is blah with too much food with blah presentation and nothing that makes it special, worth the price, or craveable. Sourdough is good, but...

I'm not into their soft scramble eggs I like poached eggs. I'm not into pancakes that don't come with anything. People want bacon. The owner doesn't like sweet and spicy, but most people do. The owner also doesn't want to offer it because of the margins. I've never noticed the business side of a cafe as much as I do at this establishment. It's very transparent and imo not sustainable.

Also the hash is sooo dry! It needs cheese, avocado, a sauce. It is bare bones here because they aren't profitable. I wish there was some fruit/honey incorporated into at least some of their meal offerings. Again, a lot of people want sweet and savory at breakfast.

The baked goods are getting boring. I wish they would switch up the muffin flavors and add new items.

That leads me to another problem which is that they haven't addressed the tipping issue. You need to say something. Your customers especially regulars aren't stupid and are aware of what is happening in the local food scene. Address it! Not addressing it makes it appear even more sketchy.

Room for improvement here.

I discovered this cute little bakery on a popular food waste app and the treats I’ve tried are divine!!

I legit love, love, love their frosted sugar cookie. It’s the best!!!

I’ve also had an iced latte from there before and it was really good!!!
