Came through the drive today, James F was running the window. Although there was a wait on my food James was very apologetic and was very polite aswell. He provided me with greats service and overall great support. Keep it up young man! Also great manners
We had an amazing experience at this Taco Bell. We had a very large order and they were accommodating. We eat Taco Bell very often and this was one of the best ones. The service was appropriately paced. All of the employees were very friendly, they all came out to say bye to us as we left. It was a fantastic experience, we rang the bell!!
The team was so nice, walked food out to us in the lobby and said bye on the way out!

Taco Bell is a newer, very clean restaurant where staff frequently check on and clean the dining area. The food often comes out amazing and as ordered, with some locations being more generous with items on the tacos. Many customers report their orders, including large ones, being perfect. The staff are generally described as great, very kind, friendly, considerate, and hustling hard even when short-staffed. They are appreciated by understanding customers.
However, experiences can vary. A significant complaint involves the automated robot at the drive-up, which some dislike for the non-human interaction. More seriously, some items, specifically the chalupa, have been repeatedly found rock hard and broken in pieces like a hard taco at multiple locations, leading to frustration. Orders are usually correct, though occasional mistakes happen, sometimes possibly due to items being discontinued, like the cheesy pull apart wrap things. The atmosphere is clean but can feel pretty cold looking. During busy times with long lines, patience is advised as the small crew works diligently under pressure.
