Great customer service and food! The restaurant is super clean. As close as I can remember the food being so good 40 plus years ago when I first went to a Mr Hero.
I finally got to stop and try out Mr. Hero in Cortland and it was amazing! I would definitely recommend!
just ate there got the butter cheese steak awith mushrooms and onions so good I would go back . the customer service was excellent 👌

Mr. Hero offers amazing food like the Italiano sandwich and chicken Philly. The buns are nicely toasted, and the bread is buttery. The workers are very friendly and helpful. Ordering ahead is recommended due to possible wait times. Overall, a great fast-food restaurant with fantastic fried pickle spears.
