Chose to lose a customer because of a smart ass employee who would not honor the Free Donut Wednesday. I activated the offer but did not actually add a Donut to my order. Rather than give me a donut and explain what I should have done she told me I would have to buy another drink to get a free donut. I could give a rats ass about the donut at this point. Rude!!! As we pulled to the window we were greeted with 2 employees talking about us “they should know what they are getting and how to order their drinks it’s not that hard” and then THEY messed up our order, we were nice about it and let them know. They switched out the small for the correct size that was written on the receipt stuck to the drink (a large) then we get it and leave and there was hair in the drink!
