“I just ate here. The absolute BEST biscuits and gravy I have ever eaten. The breakfast was SO GOOD!!! Their desserts are absurdly good also. I don’t know if you can beat this diner for taste and price. The staff is super friendly and I have never been so happy with the frequency of the coffee refills. Really great diner overall. I will DEFINITELY be back.“
“I'm really happy to have this place in town. My wife and I enjoy the food and the atmosphere. I have never experienced any of the problems that the critics have said in their reviews.... They have good beer on draft and a good selection of cans, and mixers, etc. Would like to see a couple more rotating crafts on tap, but that is the only request I have.“
“This is a tough one. I like this place. Food is good, one of my favorite summer time eateries. Only issue the owner is rude to customers. So we stop going about a year ago. Today I was near by, they were open and I was hungry. As always food is good, smashin cheeseburger, patty was thin, I liked it. Fried green beans, fantastic. Cheese sticks yum. Service, Always the best employees. Did carry out, but the place was busy, smiling faces everywhere.“
“Our first dinner here will NOT be our last. We came to Galion to see friends perform at 1803, but they don't have food service. We selected Bistro after reading reviews etc online.We were met by friendly staff and quickjly seated. Our server was welcoming and gave us plenty of time to review the menu after bringing our drinks, never hovering or pushing.Linda started with the day's soup- tomato basil, which she declared was perhaps the best ever. She chose Chicken Florentine pasta and I selected the Chipotle Chicken pasta. Both were excellent, well seasoned sauces and generously portioned.Clean, comfortable surroundings, friendly & attentive staff, delicious & freshly prepared food served promptly and with plenty of smiles made Bistro our "go to" place whenever we are in Galion again for dinner.Five stars are not enough for this gem.“

“Friends and myself had a Wednesday ritual of eating wings and shooting pool at another establishment. It was suggested that we give Nelly's a shot and so we did. I gotta say we were all impressed with the food and laidback atmosphere. Lindsey was on her game cooking and serving what is in our opinion the best bar sandwiches and fries in this area. Our new ritual is grub at Nelly's then off to play pool. If you're looking for big burgers, pretty smiles, and cold drinks then Nelly's Hideout is the place!“
“Great location. Very cool venue. Food and service is great (even by Columbus standards, and that's saying something!). We only get back to Shelby once or twice a year, and this has become a 'go to' spot to meet up with friends. Great menu selection, the bar area is excellent to help if you want nice glass of wine or a well made craft cocktail, or low and behold a damn beer! Ha! Something for everyone here, but it has a nice vibe and always fun.“
“In town for work. Overall experience was great, server was pleasant, food was good. I got wings an a steak. Wings were cooked to perfection. I’m pretty sure they gave me the wrong cut of steak. My co-worker an I both ordered the ribeye, his steak was perfect, mind was twice as thick an definitely different, I tasted his and was totally different. When I asked about it I was told it’s the ribeye so I kept eating. The other thing was, I was barely into eating my appetizer (wings) and they brought my entree out. Overall great experience an I’d give them another shot when I’m in the area.“
“Name fits it perfectly. Nice little place with really good food. Reasonably priced as well. I had the meatloaf, which was a large portion and tasty! My friend had the chicken cheese steak sandwich and, while I've never heard of it, it was delicious. Good "down home" cooking. Can't beat it.“
“We probably wouldn't have discovered Steve's had a friend not taken us. It's one of those places that would be easy to drive by and not consider. However, it's worth a stop in. It has easy access, plenty of parking and seating. I liked the western feel. The prices are very reasonable. They had lots of seating options and can handle a variety of sizes of groups. I enjoyed the ribs!“
“Went to show an 8 year old the place and play some air hockey and pinball. The air hockey table is $2 for a 7 point game. That'sa lot! It's a really nice table, but only one side lights up in a dimly lit room. If they get that lit up, we'd be back. You never know what the catalyst is for the return business. Could be just a light bulb in an air hockey table. Next thing you know, someone's coming back for beer & food! Great pinball setup!“
“First time visitor. We had a group of 8 and were seated super fast (less than 10 minute wait). Our server was friendly and conversational, checked on us many times and offered everything we needed. Food was pretty good - my steak was done to order and tender, the sweet potato wax super soft and tasty. The salad could have had a little less dressing, but nothing disappointed.“
“Party of 5 on Thursday night. The waitress was very good, however the food took a long time. The food was good, but they were were out of some condiments and menu items. Waitress explained that the restaurant had been sold and they bought supplies on a daily basis. Overall still an enjoyable experience.“
