Today was beyond friendly, exceptional customer service and definitely made me feel welcomed. I will be back as a returning customer. Thank you for a great experience and a tasty treat.“

Parking: you can always find a parking spot.
Kid-friendliness: good for family and kids if you just want to get something to eat.
Wheelchair accessibility: they have a ramp no stairs to the entrance good for accessibility.“

“Went thru drive-thru fast friendly service. The food was fresh and hot. The employee was nice and courteous. My only complaint is the drop coming out of there back onto the road. If you drive a car or anything that sits low, your vehicle will drag on the pavement.“

“I’m a long-time regular at Wendy’s and have come to say these other reviewers should probably seek therapy with how angry they are. The workers at Wendy’s have always treated me with extreme respect and are very kind-hearted. Gerry and those he manages have done an amazing job, especially while being short staffed. I love engaging in conversation with them after they bring out my food, and the wait times have never been more than a few minutes at most. There was only one instance in which I reported a complaint to Gerry, and in the year since then it has never happened again. Huge kudos to the Wendy’s staff team in Shelby. You guys are doing an excellent job.“

“They don't pay attention to your order I ordered two fish sandwiches and an order of small fries with no salt and still got salt on them this happens quite often the one in Bucyrus don't make mistakes like that it's always Galion galion's got a bad rep for that“
