“I eat Subway quite often and the workers here are very friendly and polite, with the exception of one woman, whom I had the misfortune of having her make my sandwich. I'm unsure of her name but she presented a poor attitude and extreme lack of customer service. She claimed to have been working for Subway for the better part of a decade. I believe she was in her thirties, possibly 40 ish , yet she failed to know how to use the toaster properly or the amount of meat that goes on each sandwich. I asked her a question about my sandwich and she was extremely rude in her response, kind of like a "know it all" even if they don't kind of person. As for the rest of the employees they are all wonderful people they smile, they are polite, and seem to take pride in their work. That one rude person makes me not want to return to the Galion Subway, even though I've been a frequent return customer, and I always tip well. It's individuals like her who ruin ones "experience" when going out to eat, and diminish a company's return business.
Parking: There's plenty of room for parking“

“River and Alivia were working, the place was clean and they were friendly. I seen such good attitudes with them. They were helpful, worked well together, and the food they made us was awesome. They made subs like Subway use to be. They were not skimpy, they gave recommendations, overall experience was excellent. Highly recommend these two girls and the food there. Even had fresh cookies.
Kid-friendliness: Very clean place to take your kids and staff was amazing“
“Jessica has great customer service. She talked and laughed with us. Made a loaded sub cause I put her to the test with all veggies. She didn't hesitate to cut my sandwich in 4's and add tomato and mayo to only the 1/4. She also put our names them.“

“The guy Chris that work there was amazing and did everything I asked plus more always will go to crestline subway he washed his hands before putting on gloves and talk to me letting me know everything they had and made my sub how I like it very good service
Dietary restrictions: They will switch gloves after they touch anything for you and you can ask him what they have in it and they will tell you. And if they don't know they'll ask their boss
Parking: They are parking in the front in the back of the store
Kid-friendliness: They're just very nice to any kids that come in there and if they run around and act like a normal kid, they're not yelling at you or saying anything to your child
Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp while a concrete that dips down so it's very wheelchair accessible and there's a lot of room inside the store four wheelchairs and even one of the booths is four wheelchairs so it has a booth on one side. So if you're not in a wheelchair you can sit on the one side and then the other side is open to a wheelchair. Can pull it up and in any other table you can sit with a wheelchair“
