Terrible customer service
We ordered online for a 6:30 pick up. We showed up at 6:40 and we’re told it would be another 40 minutes. Sorry but we had to be somewhere by then. No attempt was made to help us out all they said was oh well! Way to keep people not coming back. So now we are out the cost of our food because they don’t hold up to their own schedule! If you just needed our money you could have asked! What a rip off!
Doubt I will ever be back.
My grandma called for delivery today. Doordash decided to take almost two hours to deliver her cold food. My grandma is 90 years old and clearly was starving. This was bad customer service and reflects badly on chipotle. Why did it take so long? Would love to know the answer to this.
This location double charged me and even though I have proof of the double charge from my bank- they aren’t refunding me because I have one receipt. This wasn’t a small order either. MONITOR YOUR BANK ACCOUNT.
