The day we visited The food and staff were great. After eating, I used the restroom, and there was no running water to wash my hands. I had my husband go check the men's restroom, and it was the same. This is slightly concerning due to the fact that the employees should be washing their hands prior to returning to work after using the restroom. Another customer mentioned it at the counter, and the response he got from staff was "Yes, we know someone has to come fix...

By FAR the best fast food experience i have ever had!! The front counter people are wonderful! Helped me set up my Raising Canes card (which no other store even told me about... my kid eats a lot of Canes). The food was HOT AND FRESH. And they have this wonderful happy lively human working the front (didn't get her name but I did get a hug when I talked to the manager) who has more energy than any 5 people i have ever met. She's absolutely wonderful! Greets everyone...

Always great food and exemplary customer service. I have no idea why people waste time and money at the other chicken place down the street!

Vegetarian options: I am vegan. I can't have anything but tea here. My teenager and her friends rave about it, though. Posting their thoughts on chicken.

Kid-friendliness: It's chicken fingers and fries. Kids these days seem to love tan food.
