“Placed to-go food order. Steak with broccoli and mashed potatoes; Steak was cooked to order, tasty and juicy. Chicken and shrimp were particularly good and the chicken was extra moist! Mashed potatoes in both meals were good, but could have used a touch more seasonings. Broccoli was steamed to perfection but it also could have used a touch more seasonings. The order taker was very pleasant and helpful. The person who brought our meal to the car was also very pleasant and checked our bag to order before leaving. Great service!“

“this is a favorite dining place, with daily chef specials, efficient service, and fantastic menu choices. if you're looking to try new beers, they have an outstanding selection on tap. signature cocktails are really fun. it's just a great place to be. I can't wait to get back out on the patio. 5 stars“

“Always have a good time here. It was a hang out of mine a few years back. Was excited to know we where going there. Our pool league had us there. They continued to bring out quality food. Friendly people an staff. Very clean. Just like I remembered. Good job to all involved in this place. Shout out to their pool team. I knew we where gonna have to earn every win. Look forward to returning. On of Akron's best bars as far as I'm concerned.“

“Papa Don's deserves more than 5 stars in every category! The service is impeccable, the people working here are customer oriented & the food is delicious! “I recently found Manny's been going there now for about 3 months what a friendly little hometown bar and they have karaoke twice a week and the man that runs that is awesome so if you're looking for a little karaoke fun go down to Manny's give your name to Johan he will get you up to sing and it's almost a guaranteed good time really loving this place be back in there again this Friday night. LOL and an awesome bartender!“

“It's a college bar. Not much more to say about that.Not to bad on weekdays. Its a nice bar to stop and have a drink after work. And maybe shoot gave a pool. Dont try to play pool though on the weekends when the college kids are in. Because they use it as a table to sit on and put drinks on and spill things on and lay down and take a nap on and puke on.“

“Went for the first time last night and had the surf an turf and it was phenomenal. The lobster was the best I’ve ever had. My husband had the pork chop dinner an it was very tender an juicy. We will definitely be back.“

“The restaurant was 95% empty when I arrived at 6:00pm which was a surprise to me. Our server was friendly and got us everything we needed.
Vegetarian options: There are definitely vegetarian options and the ability to modify entrees with meat.
Dietary restrictions: There is extensive info on the applebees website on allergens
Parking: Tons of parking in their parking lot.
Kid-friendliness: Very kid-friendly, kids menu with crayons, highchairs/boosters/slings available.
Wheelchair accessibility: 100% wheelchair accessible.“

“I don’t always eat at Applebees’s, but when I do, I request Maddie as my server! She not only provides fantastic service, but she is sweet and adorable as well! She is very knowledge about the menu, and she anticipates our needs, and offers wonderful suggestions to enhance our experience! Thank you for your 5 star service!! We’ll be back again and again!“

“Update, this BW has been remodeled and revamped. It is much better then it was and I think the food is much better now with good service. It will go back to list of options.
Couple years ago I refused to go here anymore and it is super close to home wich was unfortunate. Thwy have changed.“
