“I really wanted a beef and cheddar sandwich and curly fries ?. So I stopped at this location. I'd driven by it several in the past. It looked kinda shabby from the outside but the inside was a different story. Clean, with a smart design. The service was top notch and the sandwich and fries were delicious. I'll be going back again ?“
“Classic roast beef fast food restaurant. My euro was perfectly delicious as usual. However, my boyfriend's roast beef sandwiches had burnt buns, and he asked to have them remade. Also, there was no horsey sauce in the dispenser. Quiet place as we were the only customers there at the time.“

Parking: Parking covers both sides and the back; I've never seen anyone unable to find a place to park.
Wheelchair accessibility: Doors to the lobby may be wide enough/ADA-compliant, but I'm not sure.“

“NASTY! You know, I guess there is a reason there are not many options to choose from for "fast" food in Downtown Dayton! The restrooms the rats wouldn't even use; the wait was about 12 minutes after the order was placed; the curly fries looked like they were made a week ago; the mozzarella sticks even had a bad taste... oh, and it's called windex and Paper towels-CLEAN YOUR DRIVE-THROUGH WINDOW! Better yet, just CLOSE!
SO... People make the difference! I'm not really sure what's going on with Arby's!? Their menu has improved, their food quality has increased, and my last multiple location visits have been GREAT! Food improvement ? has made a huge impact, and I am sure it has increased business!?“
“Would have got five stars across the board if it weren't for the fact that I bought two chicken sandwiches for $7 and had to wait because they had been dropped fresh then I received one old one that was hard as a rock and one new one that was indeed fresh“
“I read a few reviews from before and I was wondering if I would be saying the same thing when I came to this location today. I stopped in today to get my Grandma a couple fish sandwiches. 2 for $6.99 great value, no tartar. The sandwiches were made fresh and perfectly. She enjoyed every bite of her first one lol. The cashier was great, calm demeanor and kind. He brought the order out and we spoke about the restaurant for a bit. I told him I appreciate the experience . I will be back, because of Tyrese and the quality of the food. Thank you!“
