My sandwich was wrapped so perfect and freshly made nice and hot!!! I'll give Arby's props for still offering a nice breakfasts for around 7 dollars. “Really wished I had got his name, but the gentleman running the front register was extremely professional in taking my somewhat strange order, both in dealing with me as the customer but also in dealing with his co workers, I really wish service everywhere was as good as this fellow wasDietary restrictions: I have celiacs and can't have any wheat products so eating out is difficult, they were very understanding and set me up with a roast beef sandwich with no bun in a container, very pleased with how it was handled, great service is hard to find and I feel like I found it there.“
“Normally, I stop here after work since everywhere else is closed in town. I've always gotten what I've ordered, or if I'm ordering for myself and someone else, they're pretty ok with their game.Food is always good, 9 times out of 10, they have everything in the bag(s), sans for that 1 time here and there they forget my cheddar sauce for my curly fries, but I can live without it when that happens.Always friendly, at least civil acting, and not rude or upset, and they get their orders done and out quickly.Definitely enjoy this Arby's (in fact, both Lima locations are pretty good) and will continue to stop when hungry late night.“
