Arby's in Hilliard

“Came to this location with my coworker as he has never had Arby’s. The food was fantastic, everything was hot and fresh when we ate. While eating I noticed Carlos dealing with a customer who was not happy about their food. Carlos did an amazing job handling the situation with the customer and this customer service was excellent and professional. He made the environment warm and welcoming and friendly.“

“Manager was nice, and crew member was informative. I guess I've been sleeping! Didn't realize 3 pepper sauce has been gone for a while. Food was cooked really good. Just a note, use the right door if going inside. The other one was locked and I fell for it!“
