i saw the fb video with the worker standing on the counter. i have concerns about store cleanliness. This didn'r happen after hours but during regular store hours. Deep cleaning should happen after hours and not in full view of customers.
Pretzels were like warm. Not fresh at all. Seems like lately gone down hill 👎

Was at the mall last night and made a stop to get some pretzels. A guy(Nate) rushed up and very rudely said I had to have mask on. I asked him does that apply even with a medical exemption? He said yes and that the owner said to refuse anyone that didn’t have a mask regardless.
While that may be auntie Anne’s policy, which is totally their right, there is absolutely no reason to to make a huge scene out of it and yell loud enough for everyone around to hear. On top of...read full review
