Wow! This place has been around forever and it's definitely the "don't mess with a good thing" vibe!Thank you to the girls who helped us yesterday. They were knowledgeable and helpful. The customer service here is always awesome, especially lately!
Last year they had a problem with flies and now the issue is with the cookie cake. I always get one for the kids and I was having to go to the Liberty twp location so I was happy the issues were taken care of! Now the issue is with the size of the writing on the cookie cakes it's so tenny tiny and the border is tenny tiny too! I recommend another location if you want to see you name and what not. Kid could t see their name on the birthday cake!

Would’ve given one star but the associate was friendly which is rare these days. I got a cookie slice & Coke and the Coke was flat as can be and the cookie slice had been sitting there. I’m guessing at least overnight, but possibly a couple days because it was hard and falling apart and not at all fresh like you typically get here. Prices continue to rise everywhere and quality continues to decrease. Unfortunately, it seems to be this way everywhere anymore.
