Coco's Bistro offers a pleasant atmosphere and good food, with some room for improvement. The service can be slow at times, but the staff makes the experience enjoyable. Guests have noted the relaxing atmosphere, and the cocktails are pricey. The salads, including the possibly best Caesar salad in Dayton, are large and fresh, while the entrees are creative and delicious. The fish, especially barramundi, is cooked to perfection and highly recommended. Portions are generous, and the menu features quality dishes with excellent flavors. The Beet Salad with salmon is definitely an entree, and the spicy corn soup is amazing. The fried Brie is one of the best things customers have ever eaten, and the "bend and snap" cocktail is strong and good. The Steak Salad, Shrimp & Linguine, and The Birde are all excellent choices, with beautiful presentation and wonderful flavors. The S'more Sunday paired with espresso is a must-try. Overall, Coco's Bistro is a good choice for a special occasion, though guests should be prepared for higher prices.
