We ordered two pieces of catfish and 4 lemon pepper wings. It took 45 minutes to receive the food. There wasn’t a long line or a backup of online orders, as we watched 4 people receive their orders previous to ours. When we got home. The wings did not have lemon pepper seasoning and the wrong side was provided. Disappointed because we were excited for the experience.
Horrible customer service. I am a loyal customer and when I went in today to try to order this special, the post did not say one per person and they changed it while I was standing there. I’ve ordered from here 8 times in the last 2 months and they have lost a very loyal customer.
My food was made to protection and I received all items hot and fresh!
