Quick and freshly cooked. Food was alright, nothing special as it's KFC and definitely not better than Popeyes ?. Great customer service which was a delightful surprise. I'd go back just for that. The associates, a young man and young women were so charming and funny! They worked well together getting orders taken care of while seemingly still enjoying their jobs. Awesome to see! It's a KFC so not expecting a silly high standard but waiting for a big box meal for 15 minutes while I watched one of the staff stand out the front of house to smoke and chat on their phone didn't bode well with me. The person delivered it was ok but the fact that there was only 2 cars in front as I arrived, one also waiting for an order and no other cars arrived in that time told me a lot at a lunchtime...

The staff definitely need some customer service training. And the management needs it as well. Waited 15 minutes before getting served, with three employees passing by the register and not even given the common courtesy to say someone would be with you shortly. And the manager had the audacity to say, "You should have yelled and said someone is at the front counter. WOW
