“Quick and freshly cooked. Food was alright, nothing special as it's KFC and definitely not better than Popeyes ?. Great customer service which was a delightful surprise. I'd go back just for that. The associates, a young man and young women were so charming and funny! They worked well together getting orders taken care of while seemingly still enjoying their jobs. Awesome to see! I wish I'd gotten their names, that's my only real gripe. Whether or not I'm going to complain because people always do, I would also like to know their names so I know who I'm praising and to make sure that the right person or in this case, group of people here who deserve to be named and recognized for their effort in the fast food industry.“

“Decided on Lee's in Trotwood Ohio for dinner last night, and it was the best meal I've had from there this year. David, the manager? prepared my order just as I requested in the app. The chicken-both tenders and wings-were hot and very fresh. The biscuits were soft and fluffy, and the baked beans were in an actual lidded container. The potato salad and skins were also fresh and delicious. David brought my meal up to the registered packed everything carefully including the apple pie and dipping sauces.

Although the requested butter and honey for the biscuits was left out, I still have to rate them a 5. I couldn't be more.plased with the meal and the service received.“

“I want to give a special shout-out to Manager Sammy at Popeyes on Salem Avenue in Dayton. Every time I come in, Sammy is professional, respectful, and always makes sure customers are taken care of. You can tell he takes pride in his work and works hard to keep things running smoothly. Even when they’re busy, he stays positive and makes sure orders are correct and customers leave satisfied. The food is always fresh, the staff is friendly, and the service is excellent. Managers like Sammy are hard to find, and he is a big reason I keep coming back. “They were advertising a$7.99 special of hushpuppy fantasy shrimp w one side and a drink. I purchased a meal without a drink. When I got home to eat my meal, I only had a stale biscuit no hush puppy and peanut size stale shrimp that were hard as rocks. I called the restaurant and spoke to a young man who said he was not responsible for what was on the board. This is false advertising. I was not told of the change. Quite disappointed .“

“Was a little disappointed tonight. We were told the dining room is open until 10:00 p.m. we got there play a little before 9:00 p.m. they had all of the chairs stacked on the tables already we had to take the chair off the table so we could sit. Then he took apart the soda machine while we were there. He did look at us and put it back together. The food was absolutely excellent. Nice and hot and fresh. Just sort of felt like we were being pushed out. But all in all it was an okay visit, but we've had a lot better visits. The store is actually open until 1:00 a.m. on the drive-thru. The lobby closes at 10:00 p.m. to me they would have time after the lobby closed to pick and clean up the lobby and fill up the condiments. So just for food for thought to you guys when you're open late like that I will clean your lobby after your lobby closes. Your guests don't feel like they're being pushed out and rushed. Was just a little irritated at that but that's just me.“
