Simple and good food. Simple but tasteful dining room. Wait staff is on their feet and moving to serve. The ordering process seems to be a bit lax; orders can be 'lost' or forgotten. Very inexpensive!
FRESH REALLY FRESH FOOD, at prices incredibly low. My daughter and I found George's after a long day on the road. We had fresh made chicken tenders, fresh house made Cole slaw, and REAL creamy mashed potatoes and gravy. Gosh it was amazing. Our server was sweet, and engaging. We wound up taking some of the tenders with us, and today we used them in wraps with fresh tomatoes we got at a farmers market. As we left, I noticed that one of the servers lost everything in...
I've been coming to this diner for almost 30 years since I was a kid. It's the best in Dayton! The staff is friendly and the food is great! Best B.L.T. I've had in years.
