We had 10 of our family there last night , none of us had been there before Nov21 ,it was my wifes birthday ,it was the first one that i had not celebrated with her since 1978,she would have loved this place but we just never made it .Toni was our server ,she did great !! I had the grilled Walleye over asparagus with sauce ,great !! My son went all out with the bluepoints and king crab 🦀,others had fillets ,grandson had sliders ,they all liked their meals . Excellent dining experience! Great food and great service! Jay's is located in the Oregon district of Dayton, Ohio...and is a must-visit restaurant whenever we're visiting the area. They've been around in nearly 50 years...and know exactly what they're doing. Highly recommended if you love seafood. You won't regret it.

My husband and I come to jays seafood a few times a month. Our favorite item is the scallops Andre appetizer. We've been dining at Jays for a few months and we love it! Today was the first time one of our meals were messed up. But absolutely nothing that wasn't corrected. I felt terrible to say anything about the steak not being cooked correctly but the manager and staff were amazing about the issue. We got our bill discounted and a gift card and two free deserts.
