McDonald's serves great food, but the service can be inconsistent. While some employees are friendly, managers can be rude and mean. During peak hours, orders may be delayed, but early morning visits can result in fast and warm food, especially with the morning crew being friendly, fast and accurate. The restaurant is usually clean, and staff are nice. However, drive-thru experiences can be slow, orders may not be hot, and even when ordered on the app, food like fries can be cold by the time it's picked up, and sometimes orders are not filled correctly, such as not getting dipping sauce for nuggets.
