When I went through the drive thru the service was awesome and my sister's dog was with me and they gave him a chicken strip and that was sweet of the crew member doing that, thanks for the awesome service.

As a night shift worker myself, I understand the stress of working the night shift. But I ordered a meal at 12:30, and when I went to ask about it at 1:30, you should at least listen to what I said instead of slamming the window. I got home and found that my order could not be canceled on your software. So disappointed and won't be returning.
