“Look if you've eaten at any fast food chain you know that the food quality is based on the crew that makes it. You know what the recipes will taste like if you've ever eaten at their locations before.The thing that makes the difference is the people working there, and the crew they have at the time of this review is awesome. Sarah is a fabulous manager and the other folks I've interacted with there are great too- none of them are just 'doing the minimum', they all put effort into making the food good and it shows. I eat at this one a lot since it's close to work and I will continue to do so while they rock this awesome team. Hope you guys see this, y'all are awesome.Also, this part of the review isn't about this location but rather Pizza Hut at large: Pizza Hut has a bafflingly terrible website in 2024. Their web team can and should do better. Don't make the cool crews on the ground work harder because y'all can't make your website function.“
“It has probably been a couple years, since I've ordered. My delivery arrived a little earlier than expected, very hot, properly cooked, & fresh. I was craving a deep dish cheese pizza with extra cheese. It was baked to perfection with the perfect buttery crust, & crunch. The breadsticks were as good as I remembered, & we got the cinabon cini mini's for dessert that had the perfect amount of icing. We ordered from the Burkhardt Rd location. They completely nailed it, & will go into rotation for our random pizza nights.“
“Even though the power went out because of this crazy weather from the hurricane. The hostesses let us know what was going on and was super friendly about it. The team cooking pizzas were awesome, and getting their job done to best take care of everyone from the power outage. Good job, everyone, at this store!“
“This place is awesome with the food. Orders are always correct, and we order for our whole office department, so it's usually very large orders with special requests, and it's always been correct, hot, and quick. Keep it up for sure!“
“GM made sure I received GREAT SERVICE. I had tried to order via phone with their call center and the call dropped before the order was completed. I called back and placed another order. A few minutes later my phone rings and it's from the local store on Harshman. They explained there were two orders in the system and they were working on the first one already. He canceled my second order for me. He was proactive to make sure I got great service and didn't have two orders. Courteous, professional and on top of his orders. I was very impressed. Great job!“
“This rating is dependent upon which Pizza Hut visited I did two yesterday. I first went to the one inside the Northtown Center which look like it was ready for a gang war I had to leave my order there because even though it was supposed to be ready it was still 25 minutes out from being ready. I replaced my order at the Pizza Hut on Harshman Road. By the time I got from the Pizza Hut in the North End to the one on Harshman Road my order was ready and it was correct. The young man at the counter was very helpful. Just stay away from the Pizza Hut inside the Northtown center located on Main Street in Dayton“
“Ordered online for curbside pick up. Got there, and it didn't work, or it wasn't available. Went in. Got pizza. Went to car. Smelled onions. Opened lid, wrong pizza. Went back in to get it corrected. One guy was working hard. One was answering the phones. 3 other people were standing around. Got the New Yorker Pizza. Not impressed but better than Papa John's version. If I want pan pizza specifically, this is the place to go.“
