I order online didn't get pizza call them 3 times .I order at 6.30 I call them at 7.30 I didn't get order they said it on way call back at 8.00 they said had door dash and on way and call back 8.30 I still don't have my food and said dasher I ask can they hold of the driver where they at they no tell its on way the manager said hang up on him she would get on phone. so i call door dash to see if they help. me and said that pizza hut didn't have order. and now will not talk...read full review
Called at 430 to place an order (had a credit on my account since they messed my previous order up)… was told it would be 45 min for delivery… it is 6 pm now and I had to call back to find out where my order was… so an hour and a half AFTER i ordered and still no pizza… this is a disgrace! Not ordering from them again since they can’t seem to get their customer service right
