Went to this store recently and Bella ( I think the head of the starbies) was amazing. She has the best smile and was super sweet. There was a few people in line she appeared to be the only one working- and she was so calm and polite. Great job krogers picking a grade A. employee.
This is by far the best starbucks. I think any negative review is for the one down the street. These young ladies are polite,friendly and always make your drink perfect.
Honestly, this used to be a great location but recently it's been bad. There's usually only one barista and that causes service to be slow as well as my drinks are inaccurate to what I requested. Such as sizes being wrong or missing syrup I requested. I do think it'd be better if there were more baristas on deck, I think the employees are poorly trained and stressed out.
