We did a drive thru order and we had tried rally's fries before. But this time both the sandwich and the fries were sub par. the service also took a little bit of time, defeating the purpose of a drive thru.
Order bacon Buford melt, large fry, large Coke. Got a chicken melt, cold large fry. Did ask for ketchup and salt. They got that right. The food was quick at the window. The attendant was very polite. Call the restaurant no answer.
