I’ve been waiting to get Rip Rap Shake Shack for three years, and this past weekend was finally the time for it!!! We live super far away but I knew that once the opportunity presented itself, it was a must-see stop.
I was amazed by the presentation of the ice cream that I got and the monster shake that my husband got. They looked absolutely amazing! Almost like a movie prop! The flavor was absolutely amazing, and I enjoyed every last bite!

We used to love the shake shack but after the experience we had on Saturday, we won’t be back. I brought family that was visiting by to get ice cream and could not believe how rude the staff was. Three of us ordered twist cones and before we could even finish saying “twist cones” the woman taking our order would cut us off and say “cup or cone” and then ask if we wanted anything else repeatedly and dismissively.
