“Great customer service. The wait was not long. Hand hygienes was performed by the staff who made my order that day. A big plus to not have to ask to clean hands or equipement after using on someone's else beverage. Work area clean and uncluttered. Presentation of food was clean and easy to see the signs. The ratio of ice to my beverage was spot on. I enjoyed my visit on this day at this location. The two ladies were great.“

“Really confused about the negativity in the comments, my sister and I had a great experience here! First, they were out of some items and were really apologetic, which was really considerate. The suggestions they made were even better than the original items we planned to order! They filled up my sisters water for her and even gave her the bathroom code before she even asked! The vibes were nice and the food and drink were good as always. Brandon was the sweetest and deserves the recognition!“

“Starbucks baristas are typically top notch but the ones in harrahs gulf coast are beyond that not only friendly but make incredible drinks my only complaint is that they close at 2 I was pretty upset when I was ready for my second peppermint “

I was really surprised to get such a cool design on my cup, and when she personalized my sister's cup I was beyond impressed with both their skills and their dedication to customer service. “This is a really nice Starbucks inside of Target. They always have a great collection of cups and mugs for the cup hunters out there. Their staff is extremely friendly too.I recently tried a new drink that has been getting mixed reviews, and the barista made sure that I liked it. When I was kind of "meh" about it, she added some additional flavors and it made it much better!My only complaint, is that they haven't gotten hip to the online/app ordering yet. Otherwise, this is a really nice location!“

“Genesis, not sure I spelled her name right, was subbing at the Starbucks at the Kroger Cornerstone Store from the Austin Landing on Sunday, May 22, 2023 & the only one working a very busy Starbucks. She is GREAT! She was smiling while preparing coffee drinks, food, interacting with customers & cleaning as she worked. The Cornerstone Starbucks is not open all the time and I really appreciated her being there today. We should all have her energy and attitude. I truly appreciate hard workers like her … she will go far in whatever she does.“

“All of the Starbucks I've been to,the service is second to none. The staff are remarkable, very friendly, professional and the interaction with customers makes me feel extra special. The manager and supervisors lead by example. Friends of mine ,family and veterans have enjoyed there visits . My money is well spent in this Starbucks and will continue to be.“
