“Great customer service. The wait was not long. Hand hygienes was performed by the staff who made my order that day. A big plus to not have to ask to clean hands or equipement after using on someone's else beverage. Work area clean and uncluttered. Presentation of food was clean and easy to see the signs. The ratio of ice to my beverage was spot on. I enjoyed my visit on this day at this location. The two ladies were great.“

“This is a really nice Starbucks inside of Target. They always have a great collection of cups and mugs for the cup hunters out there. Their staff is extremely friendly too.I recently tried a new drink that has been getting mixed reviews, and the barista made sure that I liked it. When I was kind of "meh" about it, she added some additional flavors and it made it much better!My only complaint, is that they haven't gotten hip to the online/app ordering yet. Otherwise, this is a really nice location!“

“Starbucks baristas are typically top notch but the ones in harrahs gulf coast are beyond that not only friendly but make incredible drinks my only complaint is that they close at 2 I was pretty upset when I was ready for my second peppermint “

“I perused some prior reviews and normally don't make comments but HAD to today. Today was the power outage 9/28/24. For over THREE HOURS this place had anywhere between 40-55 people in it. This is not a big place. I came because I had to no power at home to do my work. The staff handled it like absolute champs. The lady with brown hair and middle-aged at the register was efficient, professional, and stepped in to help with drinks if the rare moment presented. The entire working staff moved phenomenally quickly, even though wait times reached up to 30 minutes. With the number of drive-through orders, in-person orders, and delivery/pick up orders I can't believe they pulled it off. Unreal. I have to say, objectively, that my drink was a bit bitter and the cold foam was subpar, but overall acceptable, especially with the circumstances. People who complain with prior reviews likely just don't understand what these employees have to go through with the now-nationally-known issues the Company has, with so many moving parts with their drinks being a potential downfall. HOWEVER, the staff, in the face of all this, did mind-blowingly well. This staff also lets me enjoy my kids here sometimes and they are friendly and courteous. Well-freaking done, everyone. Keep treating your staff better, @Starbucks.“

“Genesis, not sure I spelled her name right, was subbing at the Starbucks at the Kroger Cornerstone Store from the Austin Landing on Sunday, May 22, 2023 & the only one working a very busy Starbucks. She is GREAT! She was smiling while preparing coffee drinks, food, interacting with customers & cleaning as she worked. The Cornerstone Starbucks is not open all the time and I really appreciated her being there today. We should all have her energy and attitude. I truly appreciate hard workers like her … she will go far in whatever she does.“

“Idc who you are this is def the smoothest running Starbucks in the town of West LaLa. They take their time making your drinks, but they also have a sense of urgency about them, I don't know but I'm here for it yawllll! 🙌 Definitely check them out & DON'T forget that they are still open amidst all of the levee construction & ongoing developments!“

“I stopped there for a hot macchiato to do some computer there I made a few balloons and saying 4 a trio of ladies having lunch and for another waiting macchiato is very good stop was very fruitful

“I go there all the time and I’m apart of their reward program on the app which makes it so much better! I highly recommend getting the app so you can save on future purchases! The workers are always so nice no matter how busy it is and they are always smiling and really make my day!

Dietary restrictions: Everything is fully customizable and I don’t they would turn down cleaning equipment for you if need be! There are also many different kinds of milk that have recently had the upcharge taken off of them!

Kid-friendliness: Their “tall” size is perfect for a kid!“
