Dear Michelle Beasley, Chief Operating Officer of Taco Bell. I wish you had walked into this Taco Bell today, June 23 at 2:20pm to see the brown creature that was lurking in the men's toilet - looked like it had been living there long enough to start paying rent - or the food littered tables, all while having a whole 4 customers in the restaurant and no one in the drive thru. Ordered my food, waited 40 mins, it was busy and 1 am saturday nothing too egregious. My slushy was handed to me shortly after placing the order, but it wasn't for me so unfortunately it half way melted before I was able to get it to its recipient. The tacos I ordered didn't have their protective sleeve like they normally have, causing structural degradation, and the sour cream was put to one end of the taco, making them unpleasant for that side of the tacos.
