“Went today with family after a long day. Food was perfect and everyone was supper friendly. BUT!!!!!! My biggest shout out goes to Noah our server! He is perfection at its finest. Fun, helpful, full of energy, engaging, knowledgeable, patient... heck my family and I could go on for days! He is just amazing. And even though this Chili's is a bit of a distance for us. “My friend lives off 3rd Street and said she had fabulous food here. When I pulled up I wasn't sure what I was walking into but have been there almost every week since my first time a few months ago. Great food, really good service and you get your food quick! And did I mention the prices! Wow so well priced. Great quesadillas, great burritos and out of this world salsa. Try them, you will not be sorry. In case you didn't realize, I highly recommend this amazing little family run restaurant.“

I normally don’t write reviews… but this deserved one.

I’m a DoorDasher, and today I was sent to Rusty Taco to pick up a huge order. I’m talking bags on bags. The crazy part? I was only getting paid $5 for it. 😅 Out of my own pocket, my own gas, long wait, the whole deal. I was honestly frustrated walking in.

But the moment I talked to the team there, everything changed.

Management – Chad and TC – were a whole vibe.
They listened, they cared, and they handled the situation like absolute pros. They didn’t have to do anything… but they did. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, gave me complimentary gift cards, showed genuine appreciation, and made sure I didn’t leave feeling used or brushed off. That type of kindness is rare now days. The food smells amazing every time I walk in, the staff is fast, and the energy in the building is always good… but this? This hit different. They turned a stressful delivery into something positive, and honestly, that’s what customer service should be. Rusty Taco didn’t just care about their customer’s order! they cared about me, the person helping deliver it. I appreciate y’all more than you know. I’ll be back to use those gift cards soon — not just because the tacos slap… but because of the people inside that building.

“Server was very friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend this place ONLY if spice is your thing. I can not do spicy but what I ordered was at the bottom of the spice spectrum. The creamy ranch/jalapeño dip with the chips was amazing even for me. Server was quick and very efficient. Food was hot and plentiful. Not the ' AMAZING' ae were told, but it IS a good restaurant if mexican food is your thing.“

“Well, very disappointed today. We walk into Chili's and manager tells us there's no bar tender. We decided to wait then we noticed that all of the tv's have been removed from the bar. Why would a place remove tvs during March madness especially in the bar area?“

“Late night dinner right before they closed on a holiday while we were visiting on vacation. Birria just tasted like vinegar (maybe better advertised as birria inspired) but everything was super hot, and tasty. Service was super quick for our online order“

“My order was mistakenly taken by someone else but they were so accommodating and they apologized profusely with complimentary queso and chips. The portions are huge and its delicious food.“

Taco shell was straight out of a box ground beef had no flavor, the chunks of steak in the burrito had no flavor, hard to chew and the shrimp still had shells on the tail inside the burrito. Huge let down. Do not recommend. Make the drive and go to Mi Pubalos in Mt Clemens.“
