Very disorganized food service. Employees were wiping noses with their hands. Two employees who were dining there left a big mess on the table and floor. Two hairs in one burger and another undercooked. Steak not prepared as requested. We were credited for the burgers. Table next to us was also experiencing problems with their order. The hairs in the burger though was the worst part. It seemed intentional.
Well, very disappointed today. We walk into Chili's and manager tells us there's no bar tender. We decided to wait then we noticed that all of the tv's have been removed from the bar. Why would a place remove tvs during March madness especially in the bar area?

Chili's Grill & Bar continues to offer good food at reasonable prices, though the overall atmosphere may have changed over time. The servers strive to provide excellent service and promptly refill customers' drinks. While some customers have noted price increases for certain dishes, the restaurant generally maintains its value proposition.
However, a few customers have reported issues with food service, such as delays in curbside orders leading to cold or soggy items, as well as instances of unprofessional employee behavior and finding unwanted items in their meals. The restaurant has been responsive in addressing these concerns by crediting customers for problematic dishes.
Despite these occasional challenges, many customers still enjoy a great dining experience at Chili's, with positive feedback on the food quality and the helpfulness of the waitstaff in providing information about menu specials.
