“We visit twice a month. There were lots more senior citizens on 3 Oct. Meagan (sp) had more patience then I would’ve had. The 90+ guy said his steak was chewy, the 80+ guy said his baked potato wasn’t very good after he ate it. God bless her.“

“Took my husband and son for a quick breakfast and while the food was decent it was really concerning the chocolate milk that they had. It was icy which was to be expected since the cartons were sitting in ice, but I checked if before getting it to my 4 year old and it was disgusting. Weird slimy texture and bad taste...I told the server and it was kind of shrugged off. Not sure if it was a language barrier but I was trying to let them know so that they could remove the rest of the milks from the buffet..“

“Only problem I had was deciding on what kind of slices to get. I ended up buying 3 slices, Pumpkin pie pecan pie cheesecake, a Raspberry cheesecake and a diversion cheesecake Reese cup one to keep people away from 4P cheesecake....All look amazing in the case.“

“I was abit afraid to visit this restaurant because the reviews were poor. However, we had a GREAT experience. Marie was an amazing server. She memorized all 5 orders for our table. The meals came quickly and our beverages were quickly refilled without asking. Well definitely come again. Prices were great!

“Well, very disappointed today. We walk into Chili's and manager tells us there's no bar tender. We decided to wait then we noticed that all of the tv's have been removed from the bar. Why would a place remove tvs during March madness especially in the bar area?“

“I would have ranked it a 5 across the board but it was a bit of a wait to get in, sit down, order and finally getting food was a long wait (about 2-2½ hours). That's a long time with hungry children. The server did the best she could considering how busy it was and we were a large party.“

“It's been awhile since I dined at a Red Lobster. The service was amazing along with the food. I had a surf and turf and it was made to order, it was on time and tasted great. What surprised me was I came in at 6 and it was empty. I don't recall Red Lobster being empty on Sundays. Regardless, the service and food was great“

“We placed a curbside order at 555 pm which was supposed to be ready at 615. I got to the restaurant at 615 and called to let the restaurant know I was there and what parking spot I was in. The lady who answered my phone informed me they were running behind and it would be 20 or 30 minutes before my food was ready. When I inquired what was the problem I was told they have more customers in the restaurant than the wait staff or cooks can handle. She told me the manager was trying to get the numbers of and overwhelming the staff. I waited in my car and called back at 645. Funny thing is the first girl I talked to never told anyone I was waiting. At 652 I walked into the restaurant because no one brought my food out. I asked for the manger and a black guy with a bushy goatee. He refused to tell my how long my food had been ready after he walked over and looked at the computer screen. I asked again and he automatically said he was canceling my order. Again I asked how long it had been sitting there. At that point I informed him I would be contacting corporate. That’s when he told me he’d let his GM know and that if I didn’t leave he would call the police.“

“Alex was outstanding! He made us feel right at home as I celebrated Fathers Day with my family. He was very nice, patient and knowledgeable on each menu item. He was extremely kind when he brought me a Fathers Day glass! Great time!“
