“My husband took me to Longhorn for our anniversary and everything was perfect. We signed up on the waiting list and it moved very quickly. I was shocked at how wonderful the service was due to the fact that every seat in the place was full. The food was excellent and cooked to perfection. Will definitely return.“

“my son and I eat at cherryhouse cafe Everytime we want to have a great meal and excellent service. we prefer to get our order to go and Chris always takes care of us. he provides the best service I have ever received at a establishment!!!!! they are always very busy but he still takes the time to be so kind and friendly. he works the drive thur the counter and helps everyone. on top of that all the employees are kind and smiling and very busy. I just hope the owner knows what a wonderful crew he or she or both know they have. and the quality is excellent. on top of that food is quickly delivered to us at the counter. just the whole vibe is perfect and Chris is amazing he really provided that extra kind word Everytime we come to the cafe. cherryhouse has the best food staff and environment hands down!!!!! thank you !!!!!! 💯 percent awesome!!!!!!“

“Took my husband and son for a quick breakfast and while the food was decent it was really concerning the chocolate milk that they had. It was icy which was to be expected since the cartons were sitting in ice, but I checked if before getting it to my 4 year old and it was disgusting. Weird slimy texture and bad taste...I told the server and it was kind of shrugged off. Not sure if it was a language barrier but I was trying to let them know so that they could remove the rest of the milks from the buffet..“

“Soooo delicous!! Our server was Leslie and she did an amazing job. She was so charismatic and genuinely seemed to enjoy her job!
The only thing that made me deduct one star from service was because the hostesses were extremely automatic. The main girl didn’t have any recollection of talking to us when we first went in. She also gave away our table even though we had come back after they texted us right away.
Other than that, everything else was extremely pleasant! Food was amazing, ambience was sooo vibes, and our server was so so so good!!“

“Well, very disappointed today. We walk into Chili's and manager tells us there's no bar tender. We decided to wait then we noticed that all of the tv's have been removed from the bar. Why would a place remove tvs during March madness especially in the bar area?“

“We placed a curbside order at 555 pm which was supposed to be ready at 615. I got to the restaurant at 615 and called to let the restaurant know I was there and what parking spot I was in. The lady who answered my phone informed me they were running behind and it would be 20 or 30 minutes before my food was ready. When I inquired what was the problem I was told they have more customers in the restaurant than the wait staff or cooks can handle. She told me the manager was trying to get the numbers of and overwhelming the staff. I waited in my car and called back at 645. Funny thing is the first girl I talked to never told anyone I was waiting. At 652 I walked into the restaurant because no one brought my food out. I asked for the manger and a black guy with a bushy goatee. He refused to tell my how long my food had been ready after he walked over and looked at the computer screen. I asked again and he automatically said he was canceling my order. Again I asked how long it had been sitting there. At that point I informed him I would be contacting corporate. That’s when he told me he’d let his GM know and that if I didn’t leave he would call the police.“

“Linda was our server and was awesome. She was very prompt, personable and fantastic with her service. We met the manager, Jennifer Hobbs. She was also outstanding and made us feel right at home. Extremely enjoyable dining experience and the food was delicious. Will definitely go back.“

“It's Easter Sunday and I placed an online order. I picked it up and got home only to find out the biscuits were missing to go with the sausage gravy. I had guests coming in 30 minutes. I called them up and explained and I don't know if it was the manager or who, but she asked for my address and delivered them 20 minutes later. Now that is service! Thank you Bob Evans! Keep up the good work! Happy Easter!“

“My family and I have been eating in and taking out food from this Bob's for decades. Although, like all restaurants, this store changed after the pandemic, we still enjoy what they offer. Food size and pricing has degraded slightly, but the service, servers, and clean setting are still worth it.“

“Alex was outstanding! He made us feel right at home as I celebrated Fathers Day with my family. He was very nice, patient and knowledgeable on each menu item. He was extremely kind when he brought me a Fathers Day glass! Great time!“
