Thai Garden is a restaurant that has received fantastic reviews. One reviewer had their crispy pork with basil at the Hilliard Asian Food Festival and was saddened that they don't have a location in columbus, calling it absolutely fantastic. Another ordered the Chicken Basil Country Style and said it was the best by far out of probably 10 other Thai restaurants in America. A reviewer called it their new favorite Thai place and loves the Thai coffee, noting the service is so friendly and they will do their best to accommodate any spice level request. The green papaya salad gets better with every bite.
A reviewer had a nice experience and was greeted by a welcoming and helpful person who is one of the Thai chefs and rotates between the kitchen and working the floor, helping with the menu and getting the spice level just right. They had the Kow Soi curry with shrimp and chicken, along with the spring rolls. Everything came out hot and fresh, and the spring rolls were perfectly crispy. They also had the Thai Matcha Green Tea, which was really good with a unique floral flavor. They offer complimentary soup with dine-in meals, and the Tom Yum was exceptional. The restaurant is very small and intimate, with a cozy, tucked-away feel. The food came out quickly, and the service was warm.
Another reviewer was blown away by how fresh and flavorful the food was, having vegetable based dishes with a protein and the ginger sauce, noting the dish was beautiful. They eat quite a bit of Thai and Chinese food and said this was definitely some of the best. Another called it an amazing gem found on google, with amazing atmosphere and food, and generous lunch portions that include soup, spring rolls and crab rangoon.
