Tim Hortons Reviews
Tim Hortons on Harshman Rd. Ordered a large caramel iced Capp made with almond milk and they did not put any milk in the drink. I told the guy at the window this was not correct. He insisted it was a caramel iced Capp. We tried the drink and it was nothing but syrup and ice. When I could not reach manger I the store I called corporate and they said they would escalate this to the management of the establishment but could not guarantee a replacement. I don't typically stop on my way to work to get something to eat, but today I did and I am thoroughly disappointed.

Tim Hortons is a solid alternative to Starbucks, slightly cheaper, and quick with accurate orders. The egg bites are preferred over Starbucks. The staff is friendly and welcoming, although there are occasional stock issues. Timbits were delicious but lacked variety. The store is clean, but popular items like doughnuts sell out quickly in the morning, so early visits are recommended. Customers have mixed experiences at this location. While some appreciate the friendly staff and the quality of coffee, others have found issues with food quality and freshness. A bacon belt order was praised for fresh ingredients, while others reported disappointing items like avocado toast and grilled cheese. Overall, it seems that management may need to address consistency in food offerings to maintain the positive reputation.
