Ordering takeout from the app is easy . I only get smoothies they are always ready , usually good . Overall good customer service although the men are friendlier than the women but on a consistent basis service has been decent EXCEPT ordering delivery from the app. Prices are higher , service is ridiculously slow taking over 2 hours for 1 smoothie delivery ($18) .no way to cancel
The order, I just had to wait it out . No accountability from The franchise either as...

The smoothies are decent, since Tropical is one of the few places in town that actually uses fruit. But absolutely every time I go in for happy hour, they try to cash me out without applying the happy hour discount.
This has happened at least six times recently. Definitely seems like it's not accidental.
