The smoothies are decent, since Tropical is one of the few places in town that actually uses fruit. But absolutely every time I go in for happy hour, they try to cash me out without applying the happy hour discount.
This has happened at least six times recently. Definitely seems like it's not accidental.

The only reason the score is low on service is because it was DoorDash that I was relying on and there are slow as snails in my area and the food I usually get is cold when it FINALLY reaches me. which is why I got a wrap of the Thai salad because it won't matter if it's cold when it gets to me.
