Very kind people. The man in the window brought out food to us while we were waiting. Street can be noisy but it’s worth it
Delicious food!
A coworker told me about an authentic Indian restaurant on Blue Ash Road in Cincinnati, so I decided to give Raj India Nepali Restaurant a try—and I’m glad I did!
I ordered the Shrimp Biryani (Spice Level 1), Chicken Tikka Masala (Spice Level 1), Traditional Naan Baked Bread, and Raita with Mint.
The Shrimp Biryani was a well-seasoned, lightly fried rice with shrimp. The two lime wedges served on the side were the perfect touch and added just the right amount...read full review

Raj India and Nepali Restaurant on Blue Ash Road in Cincinnati is an authentic Indian restaurant. The food is delicious and the service is outstanding. The employees are friendly and accommodating. The quality of the food is ten times better than other nearby Indian restaurants. The portion sizes and prices are spot on, with plenty for leftovers. The food is fast and convenient.
The Shrimp Biryani is a well-seasoned, lightly fried rice with shrimp, served with two lime wedges on the side. The Chicken Tikka Masala is a warm, comforting home-style meal with shredded chicken in a flavorful tomato-based sauce. The chicken fried rice is gourmet level. The chicken vindaloo and curry are delicious. The Traditional Naan Baked Bread has a texture and taste similar to pita bread. The onion or garlic naan is thick, soft, not dry and hard, with visible onion and garlic throughout. The Raita with Mint is fresh, cool, and creamy, with yogurt, cucumbers, and potatoes blended together with a touch of mint. The vegetable samosas, salty lasso, karahi ginger (lamb), and tomato soup are delicious. The spicy scale is 1-6.
The seating is outside by a pretty busy road, but on a beautiful evening it is great to enjoy the neighborhood while eating delicious food. There is AI art on the walls and menu. This might be the best Indian food in the tri-state area.
