“I had a wonderful meal here recently. The food was absolutely delicious and came served on those classic stainless steel partitioned trays that keep everything perfectly organized.
Everything tasted incredibly fresh. I particularly enjoyed the naan bread, which had the perfect amount of char and was garnished beautifully with fresh herbs. It was the ideal way to soak up all the flavorful sauces.
I left feeling very full and satisfied. This place is a real gem in Milford, and I cannot wait to come back again soon for another great meal.“

“We have dined in and ordered delivery from the NKY and Deer Park locations, and all have been wonderful! We have sampled many dishes on the menu, and everything has been delicious. My favorite is the chicken tikka saag. The service is great, too. The servers in the restaurant are helpful, and when we order delivery, everything is packaged and labeled carefully. We will be back soon!“

“Absolutely amazing food and service. We were just passing through on a roadtrip, and it was one of the best Indian restaurants I’ve ever had. Perfect spice, really great flavors, and the owner was so so kind. He even gave us complimentary dessert! I usually have photos on my reviews but honestly we ate it so fast, I did not have time to take a photo.“

“First time dining here...we were wary, given the track record in this space on Erie. We were SO pleasantly surprised! Service was very attentive and prompt, and the food was outstanding. Even the kitchen was accommodating, when we asked for paneer bhatura, which was not on the menu. Atmosphere is far better for dine-in than most Indian places we typically enjoy (takeout--for a reason) in Cincinnati. Really looking forward to a return visit. (And, as a bonus, a new little bakery next door was having their grand opening, so we stopped in there on our way out. Delish. Too bad their business name is not yet showing up on Google, or we'd shout them out.)“

“Masala Theory is a great spot for lunch or dinner. I tried it for the first time today. I’m well versed in Indian food and found this to be fantastic. I had the chicken tikka masala with garlic naan and it was delicious. Aadi was very welcoming and his service was spectacular! I’ll be planning a return visit.“

“I've been eating here for many many years. Best Indian food I can find. I try Indian food all over the country. Nothing compares to how fresh this food is. Cooked to order. Amazing flavor. Authentic. I've seen the kitchen. Its one of the cleanest restaurant kitchens I've ever seen. Family owned and operated. They care about the quality and the experience. 5 stars!!!!“

“The food was very tasty during the lunch buffet. We were probably the first group that came at noon on a Wednesday. The food was not very spicy so it was accommodating and everything was fresh. The total cost per person was only $20 after tax + tip for a lunch buffet which is very reasonable.“

“I've only been in a few times for carry out, myself.
I've ordered delivery from here though, more than a few times. Their food is always piping hot, and super delicious, the chicken and veggies always cooked the the perfect consistency and texture. The serving sizes are great.
I have tried a few other local Indian restaurants but Amol always hits in the best ways.“

“Easily one of the best Indian meals I’ve had since coming to the U.S.!
We’re lacto-ovo vegetarians and don’t eat onion, garlic, or other pungent alliums, so we mentioned our dietary restrictions in the order notes. They were able to accommodate us, and everything turned out great.
We tried the Paneer Pakora, Butter Masala Dosa, Vegetable Korma, and Naan. The Vegetable Korma was rich and flavorful, and the naan was perfect for dipping into the curry.
My favorite, though, was definitely the Paneer Pakora. The paneer almost looks like tofu at first, but it’s actually Indian cheese — crispy on the outside and soft inside. It was seriously amazing and probably the highlight of the whole meal for me.
Everything was delicious. Vegetarian or not, I’d absolutely recommend this place. We’ll definitely be back!“

“My friend and I came here and the cashier was lovely, very very kind. The atmosphere is nice with tall ceilings and natural lighting and there’s even an outside patio which is great for beautiful weather. The food was also a 10 out of 10 very fresh and hot. Even for a free samoa Very clean and overall 5 stars. Will recommend and plan on coming again.“

“I’ve been going to Ambar for decades, and it was actually the very first place I had ever had Indian food before. Despite having many more places to eat Indian food at now, Ambar still holds up to the extent I can smell their curry and immediately identify it if someone else brings leftovers to work. There’s a small parking lot behind the building, but there’s plenty of places to park in the area. Just know the portions tend to skew large, so be careful with what you order!“

“Walked in a Saturday with 3, got seated after a couple of minutes. Waiter was polite and knew the menu well. We ordered the Chili Chicken to start. It was served with onions and a sweet n spicy sauce. For our entrees we elected to do one order of Chicken Biryani and one order of Chicken Tikka Masala. They were both fantastic dishes and seasoned perfectly. Overall really positive experience i would go out of my way to eat here again. Its a small intimate restaurant thats easy to miss but provides a good cozy vibe.“

“1st time visiting Namaste and it was a good experience. The employee went over the menu with me telling me about items and suggesting a favorite. She let me choose spice level. I like spicy so I chose medium. Whoo hooo. So hot. LOL. But still enjoyable. While I waited I browsed the unique items in the store. My favorite thing, I ordered to go and when I got home I found the entree was plastic wrapped to prevent to sauce from leaking in case it got turned over (which has happened at other restaurants). Great service. Check them out.“

“Have been going here few times every year - food was always pretty good and the price was not over the top... I like they combined the Thai and Indian restaurants together and you can now mix both cuisines from the same table (seating was just 4-5 small tables at Ravis before). And glad the food is equally good no matter which cuisine. You can sit anywhere you want but recommend the Thai side to the right which seems to be more upscale although it's the same waiting staff who btw were pretty quick (after they combined, went once for a weekday lunch and recently for a weekday dinner).
Noting that there are a LOT more tables between the two places now (30?)- so I can see how they could get overloaded during peak times unless they have more than 2 waiters? And they are good folks - don't expect it to be like a corporate run place.“

“I came in at closing time yesterday and they still let me dine-in. The lady at the front desk was super nice as well. I ordered a customized cake last minute and it was really good, better than store bought cakes. Overall, loved the staff and the food there, would recommend it to everyone.“

“I love a good snack shop...I feel like it's the closest thing you can get to street food from that part of the world. It's quick, flavorful, and just the right amount of food. I've been here multiple times, and the food is always consistent! The Dahi puri is a family favorite: sweet, tart, savory, creamy, crunchy... literally all the things!“

“This is an Indian restaurant in downtown Cincinnati near UC. It kind of focuses on like Indian street food as opposed to some of the fancier ones with the big menus and fancier dishes. There was a lot of good here as the restaurant looked very nice and the staff did a mostly good job (it took a while for them to cook the food but unless it's ridiculously long I don't complain about that and won't here either.) I went with my favourite Indian which is Lamb Vindaloo which is chunks of lamb (or whatever other meat you prefer) with a tomato based sauce with lot's of spices. I got mine a 4 out of spicy instead of my normal 5 because I had never been to this restaurant and didn't know how much they would spice it. I could have definitely gotten the 5 as the 4 wasn't all that spicy. It had some pretty good flavour and the lamb was cooked perfectly and was in pretty good sized pieces. Their naan was quite good as well which is vitally important at an Indian restaurant to soak up all of those sauces. I probably should have tried their street food which is their specialty but there will be a day for that. What I had was good but not great Indian food. When I come back and try the street food dishes I will reevaluate. I'd rate this about 6.5 out of 10.“

“A coworker told me about an authentic Indian restaurant on Blue Ash Road in Cincinnati, so I decided to give Raj India Nepali Restaurant a try—and I’m glad I did!
I ordered the Shrimp Biryani (Spice Level 1), Chicken Tikka Masala (Spice Level 1), Traditional Naan Baked Bread, and Raita with Mint.
The Shrimp Biryani was a well-seasoned, lightly fried rice with shrimp. The two lime wedges served on the side were the perfect touch and added just the right amount of extra flavor.
The Chicken Tikka Masala reminded me of a warm, comforting home-style meal, with shredded chicken in a flavorful tomato-based sauce. It was hearty, savory, and satisfying.
The Naan bread had a texture and taste similar to pita bread and was a great complement to the meal.
Lastly, the Raita was fresh, cool, and creamy, with yogurt, cucumbers, and potatoes blended together with a touch of mint. It was a refreshing contrast to the warm, flavorful dishes.
The portion sizes and prices were spot on. There was a lot of unique, flavorful food for the price, making this a great new dining experience for me.
I’m definitely a new customer and fan of Raj India Nepali Restaurant! I’ll be back to explore more of the menu.“
