Cocktail Bars in Defiance

“Our server Gabby could have been more attentive to our request and was slow to fill them. We asked her about the beer selection and she said she did not know anything about the beers, so a sample of our chosen beers would have been nice before we got one beer that we really did not like. Also the ribs were of good flavor however I would prefer fall off the bone and they were not, actually hard to cut apart. Just a few things that need worked on to get 5 stars but we will be back for another try.“
