Super terrible customer service!! 0/10, don’t eat here. Whatever dude that does the drive through is extremely rude to customers and sounds like he hates his job.
Just at Tim Hortons.... 10:35am ish 8-13-21.
Lady over the speaker was rude and short. Ordered 3 number 11s farmers wraps... she says “she doesn’t have enough.” I ask, “have enough what? “. She says, “hashbrowns”. so we order 3 number 10s.... (3 less hashbrowns) a guy comes on and said they don’t have hasbrowns for that either.... Every time we go they are out of hashbrowns.. You figure the lady would have better manners. never get my order correct. always have to go back through the drive thru. no idea why I keep going back 🤔
