It seems like every time we go get Arby’s for dinner we end up waiting on “fresh” fries. Every time we receive our fries they are anything but fresh. Multiple items in our order are constantly forgotten or just completely not right. We’ve only had this problem in the evenings and it’s become every time we go. I can also say from experience it doesn’t take like 10 mins to make “fresh fries”

As far as fast food is concerned, Arby's is always going to be in my Top 3. This location stands out though because everyone I've ever interacted at here is friendly and smiling. Plus they always get my order 100% correct. It all keeps me coming back for The Meats.
Love the "big game burger" it's to die for.Other than having to watch the news the whole time while eating-in, wish it was some sort of sports channel.

Had to wait for ever. They did applologize... food was correct though, and good.
We ordered at the drive thru windows. We were asked to wait for the food. After 20 minutes I went in and waited in line to ask where my food was. It was being made as I stood there. They gave me the cold food and I left. They did not include the sauces I ordered. No apologies or concern were offered. Won't be going back

20 minute wait after ordering at the drive-thru? Finally went inside to inquire about the status of the order. They said they were in the process of making it. There was total indifference to the lateness and inconvenience caused. In addition, the food was cold.
Not impressed with the manager nor this dine-in location. We've ate at the Delaware,OH location several times and havenever had an issue until now.While trying to finish up our dinner at 8:35pm, the employees start pouring buckets of cleaning solution onto the floor. The other employee grabs a broom and starts flinging it all over the floor.We quickly wrapped up the food and asked the manager for a bag, I politely said 'I didn't think you closed until 9pm, it's a little frustrating to pay $60 for a meal and have cleaning solutions flung into it. The manager then made sure I knew that it was company policy to start the cleaning process at 8:40, no later. Apparently, I should have known that and I also should have known better to select 'dine in'.Used to be pretty regular customers, won't be back!

The food is really good, the people working there are friendly but there has been water/pop spilled on the floor the last 3 times we've been there. No one seems really concerned even when you tell them about it. Wish they'd pay more attention to how their dining room & floor in front of the register looks! Concerned customers
