The people that work here care that the order is correct. My order was completely paid for when I got to the window to pay and I was confused as to why. It turns out, one of the previous times I was there, they missed something in my order and had to fix it for me. They remembered that and remembered me and decided to comp my whole meal on my next visit without me asking for it or bringing it up. Outstanding customer service.
They are always very busy but they gave me coupons for free meals. I was surprised when I opened my bag. So, we all enjoyed Arby's for Dinner that night. Their food is always amazing!!
