1st order…waited forever for a pickup order while the hot subs were just sitting in the back getting cold. Chalked that one up to new staff.
2nd order…ordered delivery and got someone else’s order. Not necessarily blaming that one on the store, however the response was “your order is still here if you wanna come get it”. Cold again.
3rd order, placed a $70 catering order for pickup only to get there and learn that they gave it to someone else! No need to show...read full review
