Asked for large. Paid for large. Got small. Ordered nuggets asked for BBQ sauce. No sauce. Was the only customer. Drive thru. Please pay attention and get off phones.
Ordered a 3 piece combo. Got two thighs and one breast. Person fulfilling the order couldn't figure out how to make the substitution. Sign of the tines!
I got a 12 piece meal with a bunch of sides. They forget my coleslaw so i had to go in to get that then i get home and all the chicken is old and dry as if it was made hours before hand. I don't know how it works here but usually you should have fresh food for a Dinner rush which is when I came in. It is astounding how we as a working class have to pay more for less quality and quantity. Absolutely abysmal.
